About this messaging program

Dex is a personal AI assistant operated by Redojo, LLC (dba Full Metal Chicken) for the sole use of its account owner, Ryan Carroll. Messages are exchanged exclusively between the account owner's mobile number and the toll-free number listed below. There are no third-party recipients, no marketing broadcasts, and no commercial outbound messaging.

Message types

• Conversational replies from the AI assistant in response to messages from the authorized user
• Brief reminders, calendar prep, content scheduling notes, and task summaries
• System notifications related to the user's own connected services

Frequency

Estimated under 1000 messages per month total, across both directions. Volume varies day to day; messages are user-initiated except for explicitly requested reminders and scheduled briefs.

Consent

The account owner is the sole authorized user of this number. Consent is captured directly via text message: the user initiates the conversation by texting the number above, which serves as the affirmative opt-in. The number's caller allowlist is enforced at the application layer — messages from any number other than the authorized user's are rejected and not processed.

Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out and disable messaging. Reply START to re-enable. After opting out, no further messages will be sent.
