Full Metal Chicken ("we," "us," "FMC") is a d/b/a of Redojo, LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you visit fullmetalchicken.com or contact us through the site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us.

Automatically when you visit the site: standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP address), device type, browser, and referrer. GA4 sets cookies in your browser to make this possible.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

How we use it

  • Contact form submissions: to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
  • Analytics data: to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We do not use this data to retarget individual users with advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site:

  • Google (GA4) for analytics. Google's privacy practices: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Our website host for site delivery.
  • Email and form processing tools for receiving and responding to contact form submissions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

SMS / messaging

Our Dex SMS program is operated separately and exclusively for the account owner. See the full terms at https://fullmetalchicken.com/dex-sms-consent/. No phone numbers are collected through this website's contact form for SMS purposes.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions: up to 24 months, or longer if related to an ongoing project relationship.
  • Analytics data: retained per GA4's default (currently 14 months).

Your rights

If you'd like to know what information we have about you, or you'd like us to delete it, email ryan@fullmetalchicken.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

California residents: you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the site. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we take standard steps to safeguard data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent update.
